Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will help monitor entry points, verify badges and/or visitor access, and support a professional, welcoming experience. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license. You will remain visible, assist with routine site activity, and bring integrity, teamwork, and customer-focused communication to every shift.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to control entry and exit activity in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting unusual activity, access concerns, and/or maintenance issues for follow-up.
• Document daily activity, visitor interactions, and/or incident details in required logs and reports, and support screening processes for personnel, contractors, and deliveries as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
