As a Security Officer Property Monitor in North Myrtle Beach, SC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Day Time Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to guests, residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel and resort setting.
- Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, assist with visitor and vendor entry procedures, and help to address disturbances, trespassing concerns, and/or policy violations with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support front-of-house and property operations by providing directions, answering general questions, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and other security-related concerns observed during patrols.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
