Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while supporting store personnel and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, entrance areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns.
• Monitor customer and employee activity, report suspicious behavior, and document incidents, observations, and/or security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Support access control, closing procedures, and/or loss prevention awareness by maintaining a visible presence and communicating with management when issues arise.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
