- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific access control procedures, badge and credential verification processes, and emergency response activities as needed.
- Monitor entry and exit points, screen visitors and/or deliveries, and document access activity to support security-related operations at a manufacturing location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter locations, with attention to access control points and security-related concerns.
- Assist with enforcing site rules for restricted areas, vehicle access, and visitor processing while maintaining professional interactions and clear reporting of security-related observations.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
