Security Officer Foot Patrol

As a Security Officer Foot Patrol in Memphis, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with a caring, reliable, and agile approach, working as part of a team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations, actions taken, and/or unusual activity.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Support daily operations by reporting maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or potential hazards to the appropriate site contacts while maintaining professional communication.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
