Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy transportation location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access awareness through strong customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, passengers, and/or staff by carrying out assigned procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, loading zones, access points, and perimeter areas, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas while verifying credentials, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and supporting orderly movement throughout the location.
• Assist with security-related checks of gates, doors, fencing, and/or designated restricted areas, and communicate maintenance issues, hazards, or suspicious conditions according to post instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ years of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
