This is a Detail, not a Developmental Rotation.
Supervisory approval form must be signed.
Qualifications required:
  1. Must be a current permanent Federal employee
  2. Must have supervisory approval to apply to the Joint Duty Assignment
  3. Must NOT have any pending/outstanding disciplinary actions
  4. Must have achieved a minimum of "meet expectations/proficiency" on latest performance appraisal/evaluation
  5. Must currently hold a GS-13 or equivalent grade level
  6. The program does not apply to members of the Military service or contractors.
  7. Applicants are required to have 2 years minimum solid working experience or expertise analyzing criminal networks or supporting criminal investigations and have a comprehensive understanding of intelligence analysis and targeting.
  8. Applicants must have the ability to work in fast-paced environment, apply analytical techniques and critical thinking skills, have excellent oral and written communications, and willingness to learn and navigate multiple system applications.
  9. Applicants must have the ability to work independently and with team(s) of other criminal analysts or criminal investigators to collect information, conduct analysis, and develop usable leads in support of law enforcement operations.
