What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor, vendor, and/or delivery information, and support traffic flow for employees, contractors, and authorized guests.
• Support security-related operations in a manufacturing and industrial environment by following post orders, communicating clearly with site personnel, and reporting maintenance, hazard, and/or policy-related issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
