Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a busy retail distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access awareness, observe and report activity, and deliver strong customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, associates, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter checkpoints, noting conditions that could impact operations.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and report unauthorized persons, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations to site contacts.
• Support loss prevention and other security-related efforts by observing loading, receiving, and high-traffic areas and reporting concerns involving property, equipment, and/or inventory.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
