In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, help to deter security-related incidents, respond to alarms, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $24.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following post orders, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to location protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including production-adjacent areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter zones.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and suspicious activity through observation, presence, and documented security-related reporting.
• Communicate with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters that may affect daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
