Security Officer Dispatch Console

As a Security Officer Dispatch Console in Phoenix, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Professional supporting a dynamic technology location. In this role, you will monitor systems, coordinate responses to security-related activity, document key details, and communicate with site personnel and visitors. You will help maintain smooth daily operations through strong customer service, attention to detail, and clear communication while reflecting Allied Universal values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by supporting site-specific procedures, access-related requests, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and other communication systems to receive calls for service and relay information to the appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Dispatch security-related staff and/or first responders as needed, document incidents, and maintain detailed logs, reports, and activity records for the location.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations by gathering relevant information, prioritizing calls, and communicating updates to supervisors and/or site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while supporting a fast-paced technology location with varying conditions and priorities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
