As a Security Officer Patrol in De Soto, KS , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading technology location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $20.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office, technology, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or unauthorized access attempts.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor access, and support badge, credential, and/or delivery processes in line with site protocols for a technology-focused location.
• Support access control, after-hours checks, and incident reporting while maintaining a professional presence that helps to deter disruptions and/or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
