Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a government transit location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and assist riders, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and customer assistance practices at a public transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other emergency response activities in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of stations, platforms, parking areas, pedestrian access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and public spaces for security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, and document observations through required reports and logs.
• Support orderly operations by providing directions, answering questions, assisting with crowd management during peak travel periods and/or special events, and reporting maintenance or operational issues to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
