Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Using strong communication, professionalism, and integrity, you will support daily operations, assist occupants and visitors, and contribute to a caring, reliable team focused on people first.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and observe on-site activity to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior within the location.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and unusual conditions, and communicate with property management and/or emergency personnel when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
