As a Security Officer Unarmed Area Patrol in Houston, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic automotive location as an unarmed patrol officer, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an automotive location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including showrooms, service areas, parking lots, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and vendor activity, and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
