Security Guard - Armed DCJS

As a Security Officer Armed Driver Prol in Leesburg, VA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Armed Prol Officer in a government locion, you will monitor and prol assigned areas, stay visible to help reduce security-reled incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communicion. Job Schedule:

Wh You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-reled procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities a government locion.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining assigned armed post duties.
• Conduct regular and random prols throughout buildings, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locions to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify concerns.
• Screen visitors, staff, and/or property in accordance with site procedures, documenting observions and reporting unusual activity to the approprie personnel.
• Support access control, badge verificion, and/or restricted area monitoring while following post orders and applicable government locion protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have least 2 years of security-reled experience.
• A valid drivers license is required in the ste where the job is loced.
• An armed guard card/license is required.
• Be least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participe in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
