The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including prolling a variety of locions. They preserve order while enforcing regulions and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and informion to a clients employees and customers.

No experience necessary! If you have retail, food service or hospitality industry background you are a gre fit for this role; if not, we will provide you with the training and everything you need for a gre introduction to a career in the security industry.

Essential Functions

• Access Control: Manage admittance to client sites, screen visitors, and assist employees and guests.
• Customer Service: Provide courteous, respectful, and professional interactions th reflect positively on the client and security team.
• Monitoring: Observe entrances, exits, and remote access points; prevent unauthorized entry; direct disturbances calmly and effectively.
• Prolling: Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for hazards, violions, or unsafe conditions.
• Incident Response: Protect evidence, set up barriers, and respond to emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, hazardous merials, or severe weher.
• Reporting: Maintain logs, write reports, and communice incidents to client representives, management, or public safety authorities.
• Property Protection: Ensure property removal complies with client policies and standards.

• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks of similar scope as required by the site.

  Minimum Qualificions

• At least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be available to work any day and any time, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to complete GED within six months)
• Legal right to work in the United Stes
• Reliable communicion and transportion
• Ability to speak, read, and write English

• Successful completion of pre-employment screening (drug test, background check)

  Preferred Experience

• Two years of Security experience
• Knowledge of security operions and procedures

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing environments

  Competencies

• Professional composure in challenging situions
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Clear communicion (oral and written)
• Good organizional skills and tention to detail

• Ability to meet ste, county, and municipal licensing requirements

  Working Conditions

• Frequent standing, walking, and occasional climbing or lifting (up to 25 lbs.)
• Exposure to inclement weher and varying environments
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
• May be required to work overtime or respond to urgent situions
• Use of protective gear and adherence to safety protocols as needed
