All Pro Security, LLC is seeking Armed Security Officers who are ready to start as soon as possible!

Schedule: Full-time. We're looking for graveyard coverage Sunday-Wednesday.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting roving foot patrols.
• Writing daily incident and activity reports.
• Using verbal de-escalation tactics effectively.
• Escorting transients off the property as needed.
• Observing and reporting any suspicious or unusual activity.
• Keeping non-authorized persons from entering the building

Requirements:

• Must have a valid DPSST Armed License.
• Must possess a valid concealed carry permit.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
• Motivation, flexibility, and a professional demeanor.

Compensation: Pay is DOE (Depends on Experience), with opportunities for raises over time. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days.
