Join Allied Universal at a dynamic utilities location as a Front Desk Officer, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors. In this welcoming, stationary role, you will help manage access, monitor security-related activity, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, managing front desk activity, and supporting access control at the location.
• Monitor lobby and reception areas, verify identification and/or visitor credentials, issue visitor badges when required, and document arrivals, departures, and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
• Answer phones, assist with directions and general inquiries, maintain logs and reports, and support security-related operations for a busy utilities location.
• Observe front desk and entry activity for irregularities, help to deter unauthorized access, and follow site policies for emergency response and escalation.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
