Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support a welcoming environment, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, assist staff, patients, and visitors with professionalism, and communicate clearly while reflecting our values of teamwork, integrity, reliability, and a people-first culture.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access, provide directions, and report suspicious behavior and/or policy violations.
• Assist with de-escalation, support during medical or facility-related events, and other assigned duties that help maintain an orderly environment for patients, visitors, and/or staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
