The Electronic Transactions Association (ETA) is the world’s leading advocacy and trade association for the payments industry. ETA’s members represent more than 500 payments and technology companies – from the largest incumbent players to the emerging disruptors in the U.S. and in more than a dozen countries around the world.

Challenges

Although ETA’s VP of Operations, Amanda Cline, had a strong HR background, she identified the opportunity to outsource some of their HR tasks to a trusted expert. ETA didn’t require a fully dedicated, in-house HR Generalist, so partnering with a third party who could serve as an extension of their internal team would save them valuable time and resources.
