Field Investigator Jobs in British Columbia

A Field Investigator in the security industry is responsible for conducting detailed investigations to gather facts and evidence for various types of inquiries. They generally work for private security companies, law enforcement agencies, insurance companies, or legal firms. Their tasks may include surveillance, interviews, information gathering, evidence collection, document review, and report writing. They may also use specialized equipment, such as video cameras, to gather information, and they often work in the field, traveling to various locations as part of their investigations.

Before becoming a Field Investigator, a person may have roles such as a Police Officer, Security Officer, or Private Investigator.
