Special Police Officer Jobs in Vancouver, BC

Before becoming a Special Police Officer, a person may serve in roles such as a Security Guard, Police Officer, or a Law Enforcement Officer. These roles provide the necessary foundational skills for an SPO. To become an SPO, certain certifications and requirements must be met. This typically includes completion of a training program approved by the state, and they must pass a licensing exam. Some regions may also require SPOs to have a certain amount of experience in a related field. First aid and CPR certifications can be beneficial as well.
