Safety Director Part-Time

The City of Barberton is accepting resumes for the position of Part-Time Safety Director. This unclassified position reports directly to the Mayor. The Safety Director directs and oversees all police, fire and safety departments, communicates and advises service department on public safety applications. Wage rate: $35.65 per hour

This position requires a Bachelors degree in management, public administration or related discipline, plus five (5) years experience operating, managing and administering public safety personnel, or equivalent. Candidate must possess and maintain a valid State of Ohio Drivers License and remain insurable under the Citys vehicle insurance policy.
