Unarmed Security Personnel

We are seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Unarmed Security Guards to join our team at a licensed cannabis dispensary. The ideal candidate will help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers, staff and vendors while ensuring compliance with company policies and security procedures.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure dispensary premises
- Greet and check in customers professionally
- Verify customer identification and age requirements
- Observe and report suspicious activity
- Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols
- Assist with opening and closing security procedures
- Maintain accurate incident and daily activity report
- Work closely with management and staff to ensure a safe environment
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional presence

Requirements
- Valid California guard card
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
