Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a government location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a professional, welcoming environment. This is a driving post, offering the opportunity to combine customer service, communication, and routine mobile and/or foot patrols while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or supervisors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other assigned areas, assisting with visitor direction, badge and credential verification, and/or communication support for security-related incidents.
• Support a professional environment by following post orders, maintaining detailed activity logs, and communicating clearly with staff, visitors, emergency responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
