Day Time Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a public transportation location.
- Respond to incidents, service calls, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with appropriate personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, public areas, and/or restricted locations, assisting with reporting, directional support, and policy reminders in accordance with post instructions.
- Support crowd management, special event coverage, and/or disruptions in service by maintaining a visible presence and following established response protocols.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
