Worksite Location: Redmond, WA & Kirkland, WA

Wage: $35.51/Hour

Available Shifts: Flexible (no set weekly schedules) + eligible to work 40+hrs per week!

What Your Day May Look Like

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Secure entrances / exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
• Set up barriers / signage and provide direction or information to others.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required, OR ability to complete GED program within 6 months.
• Associate degree OR 2 years of honorable military service OR 2 years of professional law enforcement experience required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in security and customer service required.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Exceptional customer service/hospitality experience required.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus!
• Must be able to conduct patrols throughout a shift.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
