Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout storefronts, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify conditions that may need attention.
• Monitor access points, assist with visitor and/or vendor direction, and help support orderly operations during busy shopping periods, special events, and/or closing procedures.
• Document routine activity, incidents, and/or policy violations, and communicate relevant information to supervisors, property representatives, and/or public emergency personnel when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
