Security Officer Mobile Patrol

As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Anacortes, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic petrochemical location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support daily operations through strong communication, attentive customer service, and a team-first approach grounded in integrity, reliability, and innovation.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, operational areas, access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and support access control procedures for a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Communicate with site personnel, supervisors, and/or first responders during routine operations and unusual events, while following post orders and established reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
