Site Security Manager

Sanford, NC | HOA Community

We are seeking a professional and experienced Site Security Manager to oversee security operations at a residential HOA community in Sanford, North Carolina. This leadership position is responsible for managing daily security activities, ensuring site coverage, maintaining client satisfaction, and supporting a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and visitors.

Position Details

• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Location: Sanford, NC

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid North Carolina Security Guard Registration (Guard Card) required
• Prior security experience required
• Previous supervisory, leadership, or management experience preferred
• Experience in HOA communities, residential security, gate access control, or similar environments strongly preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to lead a team while maintaining a professional presence
• Proficiency with incident reporting and basic computer applications
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Essential Duties

• Supervise and support on-site security personnel
• Coordinate staffing schedules and maintain proper site coverage
• Ensure officers are following post orders, site procedures, and company policies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for site management and HOA representatives
• Monitor and oversee gate access control operations
• Review incident reports and ensure accurate documentation
• Conduct site inspections and address security concerns proactively
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel
• Assist with investigations and follow-up on security-related incidents
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and contractors

• Security supervision or management
• HOA or residential community security
• Gatehouse or access control operations
• Visitor management systems
• Client-facing security leadership roles
• Scheduling, training, and personnel management
