Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor customer and visitor activity, assist with access and directional inquiries, and support staff with security-related matters as needed.
• Observe for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues, and communicate findings promptly to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
