Field Training Supervisor (FTO)

Monday: 3PM-11PM

Tuesday: 3PM-11PM

Wednesday: 3PM-11PM

Thursday: 3PM-11PM

Friday: 3PM-11PM

Saturday: OFF

Sunday: OFF

Pay Rate: 18.00 an hour.

As a Field Supervisor (FTO), you will play a key role in developing and mentoring new security officers in the field. This position requires strong leadership skills, professionalism, and prior security experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others succeed in a security career.

Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor new security officers on post orders, procedures, and company policies
• Conduct on-site evaluations and ensure compliance with client and company standards
• Serve as a role model by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and accountability
• Provide feedback and coaching to officers to improve performance
• Complete training documentation and submit reports as required
• Assist branch management with coverage, inspections, and client relations as needed

Qualifications :

• Prior security experience required (supervisory or lead role preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to coach and mentor effectively
• Must be professional in appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including some nights/weekends)
