As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Detail in Midland, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $21.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, perimeters, and restricted areas to help identify unusual activity, potential hazards, and/or policy violations within an industrial location.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site policies, and help support authorized entry and exit procedures.
• Communicate with site personnel, supervisors, and/or first responders regarding incidents, operational concerns, and changing conditions at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
